Yield: approximately 1-1/4 cups
- 1/2 cup white beans
- 1/2 cup yellow squash (acorn or butternut)
- 1/2 cup diced mango
- 1/2 cup cooked white rice
- Place white beans and yellow squash in machine and steam for 10 minutes. Add mango and rice and puree to smooth by holding down the blend button for approximately 90 seconds.
- Stir in 1/4 tsp. dried mint. Enjoy!
