- E1: If you receive this error, please unplug the machine and allow 15 minutes for the machine to remain unplugged. You can then plug in your machine and reattempt. If the issue persists, please contact our Customer Care team.
- E4: This error means that there was an issue with the detection of the magnet with the reed switch. To troubleshoot this error, please make sure that your machine is descaled and clean so that the floating magnet is free to move. Once cleaned, make sure that the the waste water tank is empty, and the clean water tank is slightly above the fill line and restart your machine. Q: What bottles fit in the Bottle Washer?
Answer
The Bottle Washer fits most pump parts. Based on testing, the Bottle Washer fits the parts from traditional breast pumps made by Medela, Spectra, Motif, Lansinoh, Avent, Ameda, Haakaa, Evenflo, etc. The Bottle Washer doesn’t fit pump parts from wearable pumps like Elvie and Willow, especially the reusable milk collection cups. These cups have tiny little holes that make it difficult for the spray jets to reach inside.
