Return & Refund Policy
RETURNS
This return policy applies only to purchases made here at twinsntriplets.com.my. If you purchased your Baby Brezza, Lifefactory or Dreamfarm product from one of our retail partners, please contact that retailer directly for their return policy.
All products purchased from twinsntriplets.com.my are covered by 30 days supplier warranty for Lifefactory and Dreamfarm products. 18 months supplier warranty for Baby Brezza products under normal domestic use.
For Lifefactory and Dreamfarm products, within 30 days of your purchase from twinsntriplets.com.my breaks or stop working because of manufacturing fault, we will:
- Replace your product where possible; or
- Where a replacement is not available, provide an equivalent product of comparable function and value; or
- Where an equivalent is not available, provide a gift voucher for the purchase value to be redeemed at twinsntriplets.com.my; or
- Where none of the above solutions are possible or appropriate, provide a full refund.
For Baby Brezza products, we may accept unused returns out of the 30 days window but within 60 days from date of purchased. Provided the product is in its original packaging, and fit for resale. In such cases, you may receive either a refund or web credit depending on the circumstances. However, original postage costs will not be refunded.
Simply send us your twinsntriplets.com.my order number via our contact form or to twinsntripletscs@gmail.com, and let us know what the issue is. Our Customer Service team will be more than happy to help!
The period of items to be returned or the period of refund is 14 days
What does this warranty NOT cover?
- Damaged from ordinary wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, food stains or discolouration or other damage that does not impair the function of the product.
- Damage due to improper handling, accident, abuse, misuse, fire, neglect, corrosion, modification, exposure to extreme temperatures, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s use and care instructions as listed on the product packaging.
- Damage or breakage due to dropping or impact.
- Minor imperfections or blemishes due to variations in timber, paint, enamel, metals, plastic, silicone, ceramic or glass.
- Surface damage due to chemical interaction or cleaning agents including but not limited to scouring pads, abrasive cleaners or automatic dishwashers.
- Cuts and tears created by knives, blender blades or any other sharp objects, including teeth.
- Replacement of sets, only the faulty part or item will be replaced, not the entire set.
- Use other than for the product’s intended purpose, including use other than normal domestic use.
Change of Mind Return Policy
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will happily refund or exchange your purchase provided that:
- You provie a proof of purchase from twinsntriplets.com.my.
- You return the item to us within 14 days of purchase.
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The item is still in its complete packaging and the packaging is not damaged in any way.
- You have contacted us at twinsntripletscs@gmail.com and obtained a Returns Authorization Number prior to shipping the item back to us.
Baby Brezza - Used items* fall outside of this change of mind policy and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty. By using this product, you are accepting the goods and will need to refer to your warranty terms.
*Note:
- Items that require water or formula to function will be considered used if water/formula has been added. Please be sure you want to keep the item before using it.
- These items cannot be returned once used unless they are found to be faulty.
Please note:
- The original shipping costs for change of mind returns will not be refunded.
- The cost of returning the item to be refunded will be born by the customer.
- All change of mind returns are at the discretion of Twins N Triplets Sdn Bhd and will not be issued until the goods have been received and inspected.
- Change of Mind Returns will not be processed without a Returns Authorization Number.
BABY BREZZA FAULTY ITEMS
If your product is faulty, we will either replace the faulty component, repair the product, or offer a full replacement, subject to stock availability. All products must be within the warranty period and accompanied by the original proof of purchase. If a replacement is not available, we reserve the right to offer a similar product.
- To confirm the nature of the fault, we may ask you for photos or videos of the issue and the product’s serial number, if applicable.
- Faults are defined as manufacturing defects; fair wear and tear or customer-inflicted damage are excluded.
- Proof of purchase is required to establish whether the item is within warranty period. Where possible, we will supply spare parts for self-repair. We may also offer repair services at our discretion.
- Once a product has been used, refunds will only be offered in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, Twins N Triplets Sdn Bhd reserves the right to replace the faulty part or the entire item if necessary.
- Charges will apply for spare parts if the product: (a) is outside the warranty period, (b) has experienced fair wear and tear, (c) was damaged by the customer, or (d) was not purchased new.
If you purchased directly from Baby Brezza Malaysia and received a faulty product upon delivery, you must return the product to us as soons as possible. We will provide a return label at no extra cost, and you will receive the replacement or a refund for the product and any applicable shipping cost.
If you purchased from Baby Brezza Malaysia stockist, we will send the necessary replacement part or offer a repair. For refunds, please contact the retailer where you purchased the product.
